The Marina Foundation took over the annual Marina Man and Woman of the Year awards program from the Marina Chamber of Commerce and is proud to continue this long-running community awards program which recognizes two outstanding Marina citizens who have served the Marina community with distinction during the calendar year and over a period of years.

Highlights & Impact
■ In 2023 the awards ceremony will be held at the Spring Hill Suites at the Dunes in Marina.
■ Members of the public make the nominations; past recipients review the nominations and decide who should win.
■ The previous year’s recipients present the awards to the current year’s recipients.
■ The Marina Man and Woman of the Year awards ceremony is the only general fundraiser held by TMF, and it usually includes a silent auction.

2022 Marina Man and Woman of the Year Awards

The Marina Foundation is proud to continue this long running community awards program given annually to two outstanding Marina citizens. Nominations are for individuals who have served the Marina community with distinction during the calendar year 2022 and over a period of years. Two awards – Man of the Year and Woman of the Year will be presented on Saturday night, April 15th at the SpringHill Suites in Marina.

2021 Recipients:

Nancy Amadeo was presented as Woman of the Year.

Terry Siegrist was honored as Man of the Year.

The nomination committee also elected to present Lenore Masterson with the Lifetime of Service Award.
