Captain Gordon R. Nakagawa Scholarship Fundraiser - Wreaths Across America - Living Christmas Wreath Fundraiser

The Marina Foundation is partnering with Wreaths Across America so that donations can be made for a Christmas wreath to go to either our California Central Coast Veterans Cemetery or Arlington National Cemetery. You can also purchase a wreath for yourself and donate one (called a Patriot Pair).

By purchasing a wreath through this program, WAA will donate $5 to the Nakagawa Scholarship for every wreath purchased. To receive your wreath in time, please order by November 30th.

For more information go to The Marina Foundation page HERE

You can also directly access the Nakagawa Scholarship Wreaths Across America page HERE. Click on the "Sponsor Wreaths" red tab to begin.

If you would like to purchase a Patriot Pair, this is the direct link HERE. Choose from any of the selections listed or scroll down the page for the Patriot Pair.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help you through this process.

We hope you will take part in this very worthy cause to honor Gordon Nakagawa as well as other veterans, and to support Marina High School.

We thank you for your support.

Please remember to order by the November 30th deadline to support the Capt. Gordon Nakagawa Scholarship for Marina High School.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 the CA Central Coast Veterans Cemetery will not be holding a ceremony this year. We suggest that your wreath purchase goes to Arlington National Cemetery as they are still holding their ceremony. Thank you for your support!

The National Wreaths Across America Day ceremony will be held on Saturday, December 19. On that day, volunteers will be laying wreaths at grave sites at Arlington National Cemetery and at cemeteries throughout the country where possible.
